EDX has been in the business of helping its manufacturing customers save money on electronic component purchases since 1991. Our state of the art corporate headquarters is located in Winter Springs Florida. Our facility has an onsite climate controlled warehouse ready to ship electronic components to our valued customers. EDX services both OEM’s and CEM’s in the automotive, consumer, medical, telecommunications, aviation, aerospace and defense industries.

EDX is a quality conscious company evidenced by our ISO 9001: 2008 registration. We value cost savings and on-time delivery while maintaining the highest standards through our certified quality control management systems.

Counterfeit components are the scourge of the industry and EDX is a leader in counterfeit part detection. Our staff includes certified component inspectors that are armed with the latest tools including an XRF LeadTracer RoHS analyzer, micro-digital photography, and chemical cleaning stations used to detect part number permanency and blacktop integrity. Other authenticity testing is available including x-ray validation, disencapsulation, die validation, continuity testing, electrical testing, and functional testing. In addition, our ISO Procedures Manual includes a Counterfeit Parts Prevention Plan that documents our processes used for risk mitigation, disposition, and reporting of counterfeit parts.
